Distributive gear wheels of a cranked shaft of petrol engines in volume of 1,0 l, capacity of 37 kw and 1,4 l, capacity deliver of 50 kw in spare parts of three sizes on the width, different on 0,2 mm. Gear wheels mark letters E, F and G which beat out on a gear wheel nave over a groove for шпонки, as is shown in drawing. At replacement it is necessary to establish a gear wheel with the same marks, as well as on the old. Otherwise the chain can come off at engine work.

1. Establish distributive gear wheels on distributive and cranked shaft. Press them in an axial direction and put a rigid ruler to a camshaft gear wheel, as is shown in drawing (arrows specify labels). |
| 2. Measure with the help щупов a backlash and (fig. Selection of a gear wheel of a cranked shaft see) between a ruler and a gear wheel of a cranked shaft. The nominal backlash should be equal (0,110,18) mm. |
| 3. If the measured backlash differs from specified, it is necessary to establish a gear wheel of other width. |
