1 – the bottom cover;

Replacement of the oil heat exchanger
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Merge oil from картера the engine. |
| 2. Merge a liquid from system of cooling of the engine. |
| 3. Disconnect from unions of the heat exchanger hoses of system of cooling. Mark hoses not to mix them at connection. |
| 4. Turn away the bottom cover 1 (fig. of the Detail of the oil filter of the diesel engine see) and remove the heat exchanger 3. |
| 5. Densely establish a new lining 4 on the heat exchanger. |
| 6. Replace a sealing ring 2. |
| 7. Establish the heat exchanger on the filter and screw the bottom cover manually. Then turn the heat exchanger against the stop towards an inhaling of a cover and definitively tighten a cover. The moment of an inhaling of the bottom cover of the oil filter – 25 Нм. |
| 8. Connect to the heat exchanger hoses, fill in a liquid in system of cooling and oil in картер the engine. |

Removal and installation of the oil filter
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect a wire from the plug - the storage battery. |
| 2. Merge oil from картера the engine. |
| 3. Merge a liquid from system of cooling of the engine. |
| 4. Disconnect колодку with wires from the gauge 6 insufficient pressure of oil. |
| 5. Disconnect from unions of the heat exchanger hoses of system of cooling. Mark hoses not to mix them at connection. |
| 6. On the engine of 1,9 l, 74 kw turn on накидную a nut and disconnect a tube of 12 givings of oil in турбокомпрессор. |
| 7. Turn away bolts of 8 fastenings of the oil filter to the block of cylinders. |
| 8. Remove the oil filter in gathering. |
| 9. Replace a lining 9 filters with the new. |
| 10. Establish the filter upside-down. |
The prevention Do not turn on a stopper 5, differently it is necessary to replace it.
