5.4. Removal and radiator installation on models with the conditioner

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug - the storage battery. 2. Merge cooling liquid (subsection 5.13 see). 3. Having pressed uvulas of clamps, disconnect колодки 1 and 2 with wires from the gauge of inclusion of the fan and the fan electric motor, and also from the electric motor of the additional fan (fig. Having taken out a spring clamp 4, disconnect taking away (bottom) hose with a tip 3 from a radiator branch pipe. In the same way disconnect from a radiator bringing hose. The prevention Do not open conditioner hydrosystem, i.e. do not disconnect hoses from the condenser. 5. Remove a skeleton of a motor compartment (subsection 11.1 see), having fixed a radiator with the condenser on a body. Watch, that condenser hoses were not bent strongly. The prevention At all do not leave to hang a radiator with the condenser on hoses. 6. Turn away four bolts of 2 fastenings of the condenser 3 to a radiator 1. 7. Remove from the car a radiator 1 (fig. the Radiator of system of cooling see) in gathering with the fan. 8. If necessary turn away screws 8 and remove a casing 7 from a radiator 1. 9. Replace the sealing rings torn or lost elasticity. 10. Establish a radiator upside-down. Thus pay attention that the top support of a radiator of white colour, and bottom – black. 11. After installation fill in cooling liquid.
