PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a wheel, preliminary having weakened bolts of its fastening on the car standing on the earth.
2. Turn away a hollow bolt of fastening of a tip 7 (fig. the Forward brake mechanism of type FS III see) brake hose to a support. Having disconnected a brake hose, muffle its aperture.
3. Remove protective caps of 5 directing fingers.
4. Turn out both directing fingers 4.
5. Remove a support 3 from a rotary fist 8.
6. Take out from a support 3 brake колодки 1 and 2. If колодки it is not necessary to replace, mark them then to establish on former places. While in service колодки are earned extra if to change, therefore, their places, braking will be non-uniform.
7. Accurately, not to damage, take out an edge of a protective cover 1 (fig. of the Detail of a support see) of a groove of the cylinder 9.
8. Clamp a support 1 (fig. Removal of the piston from the support cylinder see) in a vice with overlays from soft metal on sponges. Enclose a wooden lining 3 not to damage the piston 2 at its extraction from the cylinder.
9. Having submitted compressed air to the cylinder of a support 1 through an aperture 4 supplies of a brake liquid, squeeze out the piston 2. Clean a wooden lining 3 and definitively take out the piston 2 of the cylinder.
10. Remove a protective cap 1 (fig. of the Detail of a support see) from the piston 2. The cap torn, cracked or lost elasticity 1 replace.
11. By means of a wooden or plastic shovel 1 (fig. Removal of a sealing ring see) not to damage a mirror of the cylinder 3, take out a sealing ring 2 of проточки the cylinder.
12. Examine a mirror of the cylinder 9 (fig. of the Detail of a support see) and the piston 2. In the presence of deep рисок, scratches, roughnesses, etc. replace a support in gathering.
13. Carefully wash out spirit and dry a stream of compressed air the piston 2 and the cylinder 9.
14. Replace plugs 8 with the rubber torn or lost elasticity.
15. Grease the piston 2 and a new sealing ring with 10 greasing G 052 150 A2 or a brake liquid.
16. Establish a sealing ring 10 in проточку the cylinder 9.
17. Turn inside out a protective cap 1 (fig. Installation of a protective cap on the piston see) and put on it a back part of the piston 2.
18. Insert the piston 1 (fig. piston Installation in the support cylinder) in the cylinder 3 see and establish an external edge of a protective cap 2, having turned out it back, in a groove of the cylinder 3.
19. Press the piston 2 (fig. piston Cave-in in the cylinder see) into the cylinder 1 by means of the special adaptation 3, thus the internal edge of a protective cap should enter into a cylinder groove. In the absence of the adaptation it can be made, for example, the wooden handle of a hammer. Press on the piston in regular intervals in different points on all circle, watching that the piston did not warp.
20. Establish a support upside-down. At connection of a brake hose pay attention – under a tip 7 (fig. the Forward brake mechanism of type FS III see) hose the sealing ring should be established.
21. Pump over brake system (subsection 9.9.6 see).
