Is minimum admissible thickness of a frictional overlay (without the basis) – 1,5 mm.

To check up a thickness and a condition brake колодок, without removing a wheel, it is possible through a control aperture on an inside of a brake board 2 (fig. Check of a thickness of frictional overlays brake колодок see), closed заглушкой 1.

Replace brake колодки in following cases:

  – A thickness of a frictional overlay of less admissible;
  – The surface of overlays is made oily;
  – Overlays are unsteadily connected to the basis;
  – On overlays deep furrows and сколы.


The prevention

колодок it is necessary to replace complete sets at once from both parties of a forward suspension bracket.

Do not apply gasoline, diesel fuel or any other mineral solvents to clearing of brakes.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a brake drum (subsection 9.7.2 see).
2. Press by means of flat-nose pliers a cup 3 (fig. of the Detail of the brake drum-type mechanism of a back wheel see), turn it on 90 (keeping a rack 13 from an underside of a brake board 14), remove a cup 3 together with a spring 2 and take out a rack 13 from an underside of a brake board. In the same way remove a rack with a spring and a cup another колодки.
3. By means of a screw-driver deduce bottom мыски the bases колодок 1 and 7 from the bottom support 17.
4. Disconnect from колодок the bottom coupling spring 4.
5. Disconnect a cable of a drive of a lay brake from the lever 8 manual drives.
6. Cautiously having dissolved колодки 1 and 7, remove them from a brake board 14.
7. Clamp brake колодки in a vice.
8. Remove поджимную a spring 1 (fig. Dismantling brake колодок see) adjusting wedge.
9. Remove the top coupling spring 4 and take out from a vice back колодку 5 (with the lever of a manual drive).
10. Remove поджимную a spring 3 (fig. Removal распорной laths see) распорной laths.
11. Remove распорную a lath 5 with an adjusting wedge 2.
12. Before installation new колодок reduce pistons of the wheel cylinder 11 (fig. of the Detail of the brake drum-type mechanism of a back wheel see), having pressed on them by means of two mounts.
13. Grease contact places распорной laths with колодкой firm plastic greasing G 000 650 or another консистентной greasing.
14. Connect поджимную a spring 1 (fig. Installation распорной laths) распорной laths to a lobby колодке 2 see and establish on колодку распорную a lath 3.
15. Connect other end поджимной springs to распорной to a lath.
16. Establish an adjusting wedge, having directed a ledge 6 (fig. Removal распорной laths see) on a wedge outside.
17. Enclose back brake колодку in a cut распорной laths, preliminary having greased places of contact of a lath with колодкой firm plastic greasing G 000 650 or another консистентной greasing.
18. Establish the top coupling spring 6 (fig. of the Detail of the brake drum-type mechanism of a back wheel see).
19. Establish поджимную a spring 18 adjusting wedges.
20. Cautiously establish brake колодки on a brake board.
21. Connect a cable of a drive of a lay brake to the lever 8 manual drives.
22. Grease places of contact of the bottom returnable spring and колодок with firm plastic greasing G 000 650 or another консистентной greasing.
23. Establish the bottom coupling spring 4 and enter the ends колодок into the bottom
Support 17.
24. Establish racks 13 from an underside of a brake board, put on them springs 2 and fix them by means of cups 3 (having turned them on 90 ).
25. Establish a brake drum.
26. Some times press a brake pedal that pistons have occupied working position.
27. Adjust a lay brake and establish a wheel. Bolts of fastening of a wheel definitively tighten only on the car standing on the earth.

The moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a wheel – 120 Нм.
