11.3.2. Removal and installation of the external handle of the lock

Details of the lock of a back door

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a door and unstick a sealant 1 (fig. prorate Removal see) doors opposite to the external handle of 2 doors. 2. Delay the external handle of 2 doors and, keeping it in this position, turn on a face key 4 bolt of fastening of the prorate on 2–3 turns. Then take out the prorate 3 on itself. The prevention Turn on a bolt exactly on so much that it was possible to take out the prorate. Otherwise the prorate clamp will fall in a door. 3. Press the handle 1 (fig. Removal of the external handle of a door) to the panel of a door see and disconnect a tip of 2 draughts from the handle 1. 4. Take out the handle 6 (fig. of the Detail of the lock of a back door see) of a door, having deduced a hook in a forward part of the handle from gearing with the holder 4. 5. Get a hook on a forward part of the handle in gearing with the holder 4 and insert the handle 6 into place. 6. Press the handle 1 (fig. Removal of the external handle of a door) to the panel of a door see and connect to it a tip of draught 2. 7. Check up lock work. If the handle does not come back in a starting position, means, the end оттяжной springs 4 (fig. spring Connection to the lever of the external handle see) has jumped out of the lever 3. To connect a spring to the lever, insert into an aperture under the prorate a hook 1, hook it on the end of a spring 4 and enter it into a hook of the lever 3. 8. Establish into place the prorate and paste a sealant.
