THE GENERAL DATA

Adjustment of a forward seat

1 – the handle of the blocking lever;

2 – the hinge handle;

3 – the adjustment lever on height

Before a trip adjust seat position so that to feel at the wheel comfortable. Inconvenient landing raises fatigue that can negatively affect traffic safety.
The prevention
Do not regulate position of a seat during movement – it is possible to lose the control over driving.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For seat adjustment in a longitudinal direction lift the handle of 1 blocking lever, move together with a seat in the necessary position and release the handle. Then slightly move a seat forward-back to fix it in the chosen position (click will be thus audible).

2. The lever is intended for seat adjustment on height 3. To lift to (lower) a seat, shake the lever, preliminary having established it in the top (bottom) position.

3. If it is necessary to adjust an inclination of a back of a seat, turn the handle 2 hinges. The seat back rises or falls at handle rotation to the corresponding party.

The prevention
Do not throw back a back too far back during movement, efficiency of action of seat belts differently is lost.

4. To adjust a headrest 1 on height, lift it upwards or lower downwards. Spring clips will keep a headrest in the chosen position. Headrest position is correctly adjusted, if its upper edge is at level of eyes of the sitting person or above. On a part of models it is possible to adjust a headrest inclination (only on a forward seat) (2 – a seat back).

5. To remove a headrest 1, lift it against the stop, then press a clamp 2 and remove a headrest from a back 3. At installation of a headrest at the moment of its fixing click should be audible.
