2.1. Removal of the top casing of the engine
THE GENERAL DATA

The top casing of the engine acts in film together with a stopper маслоналивной mouths. On a block head under a casing the technological stopper маслоналивной mouths is fixed. If it is not supposed to uncover block heads, close a technological stopper маслоналивную a mouth.

PETROL ENGINES of 1,4 l, 55 And 74 kw

Removal of the top casing (engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kw)

1 – the top casing;

5 – a stopper маслоналивной mouths;

6 – the index of level of oil

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Pull upwards a forward part of a casing 1, and then back so that plastic latches of a casing left gearing.

PETROL ENGINES of 1,0 l, 37 kw And 1,4 l, 50 kw

Removal of the top casing (engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw)

1 – the top casing;

2 – a factory emblem;

3 – заглушка;

4 – a nut;

5 – a stopper маслоналивной mouths;

6 – the index of level of oil

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Having hooked a screw-driver, remove a factory emblem 2 and заглушку 3.
2. Turn on two nuts of 4 fastenings of a casing.
3. Take out the index 6 levels of oil.
4. Remove a casing 1.

DIESEL ENGINES

Removal of the top casing of the diesel engine

1 – the top casing;

5 – a stopper маслоналивной mouths;

6 – the index of level of oil

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Pull upwards a forward part of a casing 1 so that plastic latches of a casing left gearing. Then shift a casing forward and remove it.
