2.12.4. Grinding in of valves
THE GENERAL DATA

For check of tightness of valves turn a head upwards chambers of combustion and pour in them kerosene. If during 3 mines kerosene does not filter from combustion chambers, valves are tight.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Put on a working facet of the valve a thin layer притирочной pastes and insert the valve into a block head.
2. Clamp a valve core in the adaptation for grinding in.
3. Turn the valve in both parties by means of the adaptation, periodically pressing the valve to a saddle. An external sign of satisfactory grinding in is monophonic matte grey colour of working facets of the valve and a saddle.
4. After grinding in carefully wipe a pure rag the valve and a saddle, and then wash out for removal of the rests притирочной pastes.
