The prevention

The chain needs to be changed complete with gear wheels of cranked and distributive shaft.

If a chain remove not for replacement, it is necessary to mark a direction of its rotation as at change of a direction of rotation the chain will quickly wear out.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a belt of a drive of the generator (subsection 2.3 see). 2. Keeping a cranked shaft from проворачивания, turn away a bolt 18 and remove a pulley 17 drives of the generator. 3. Remove oil картер the engine (subsection 3.1 see). 4. Turn away a bolt of 14 fastenings of an arm of the receiver of the oil pump. 5. Turn away bolts of 19 fastenings of a cover of 15 distributive gear wheels and remove it with a lining of 20 covers. The prevention It is necessary to replace a lining of a cover of distributive gear wheels with the new. 6. Turn away a bolt of 23 fastenings and remove a gear wheel 22 drives of the oil pump. 7. Remove gear wheels 21 and 26 together with a chain. 8. Pick up a gear wheel of a cranked shaft (subsection 2.6 see). 9. Put on a chain gear wheels so that between labels on them 12 axes of links of a chain, as is shown in drawing have settled down. In such position establish gear wheels on cranked and distributive shaft. Establish a gear wheel of a drive of the oil pump. Screw a bolt of fastening of gear wheels, preliminary having put on a carving of a bolt hermetic Loctite 648 (1 – a chain of a drive of a camshaft; 2 – a camshaft gear wheel; 3 – a gear wheel of a cranked shaft; And – a label on a camshaft gear wheel; – a label on a gear wheel of a cranked shaft). 10. Establish all removed details upside-down. Before вворачиванием bolts of fastening of a cover of distributive gear wheels put on their carving hermetic Loctite 242.
