Inlet pipe of petrol engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw
1 – a fuel stage;
2 – a bolt of fastening of the case throttle заслонки;
3 – the case throttle заслонки;
4 – a protub of the case throttle заслонки;
5 – an inlet pipe;
6 – a lining of an inlet pipe; |
7 – a nut of fastening of an inlet pipe;
8 – the gauge of pressure and air temperature;
9 – a bolt of fastening of the gauge;
10 – the union of a hose of ventilation картера;
11 – the union of a hose of the electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber;
12 – a bolt of fastening of a fuel stage |
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect a wire from the plug - the storage battery. |
2. Remove the top casing of the engine (subsection 2.1 see). |
3. Turn away three bolts of fastening and remove an inlet branch pipe from the case 3 (fig. the Inlet pipe of petrol engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw see) throttle заслонки. |
4. Disconnect колодку with wires from a drive throttle заслонки. |
5. Disconnect from the union 10 hose of ventilation картера. |
6. Disconnect from the union 11 hose of a purge of an adsorber. |
7. Disconnect колодку with wires from the gauge 8. |
8. Disconnect топливопровод from a fuel stage 1. |
9. Disconnect колодки with wires from atomizers. |
10. Turn away six nuts of 7 fastenings and remove an inlet pipe 5 with linings 6. |
11. If necessary turn away bolts 2 and remove the case 3 throttle заслонки, turn away bolts 12 and remove a fuel stage 1, having pulled it upwards that atomizers left apertures in an inlet pipe, turn away a bolt 9 and remove the gauge 8. |
12. Establish an inlet pipe upside-down. Thus replace linings 6 and 4. |

Inlet pipe of petrol engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kw
1 – the case throttle заслонки;
2 – a sealing ring of the case;
3 – a bolt of fastening of the case throttle заслонки;
4 – a bolt of fastening of an inlet pipe;
5 – an inlet pipe; |
6 – a lining of an inlet pipe;
7 – a directing plate of the gauge;
8 – sealing rings of the gauge;
9 – the gauge of pressure and air temperature;
10 – a bolt of fastening of the gauge |
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect a wire from the plug - the storage battery. |
2. Remove the top casing of the engine (subsection 2.1 see). |
3. Disconnect from the case 1 (fig. the Inlet pipe of petrol engines of 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kw see) throttle заслонки an air line of the air filter. |
4. Disconnect a hose of a purge of an adsorber from the case 1 throttle заслонки. |
5. Disconnect from the case 1 throttle заслонки колодку with wires. |
6. Turn away two bolts of fastening and disconnect from an inlet pipe 5 tube рециркуляции the fulfilled gases. |
7. Disconnect колодку with wires from the gauge of 9 pressure and air temperature. |
8. Disconnect колодки a plait of atomizers from a plait of wires. |
9. Disconnect топливопровод from a fuel stage. |
10. Turn away six bolts of 4 fastenings and remove an inlet pipe 5. |
11. If necessary turn away bolts of fastening and remove from an inlet pipe a fuel stage, the case 1 throttle заслонки and the gauge of 9 pressure and air temperature. |
12. Establish an inlet pipe upside-down. Thus replace a sealing ring of 2 cases throttle заслонки irrespective of its condition and in case of damage – linings 6, sealing rings 8 and directing plate 7 gauges. |

Inlet pipe of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kw
1 – an inlet pipe;
2 – a sealing ring of the case throttle заслонки;
3 – the case throttle заслонки;
4 – the valve рециркуляции the fulfilled gases;
5 – a hose to the vacuum pump;
6 – the valve throttle заслонки; |
7 – a bolt of fastening of the case throttle заслонки;
8 – a bolt of fastening of an arm;
9 – a drive arm;
10 – a drive throttle заслонки;
11 – a bolt of fastening of a tube;
12 – a tube рециркуляции the fulfilled gases;
13 – a tube lining |
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect a wire from the plug - the storage battery. |
2. Remove the top casing of the engine (subsection 2.1 see). |
3. Disconnect from the case 3 (fig. the Inlet pipe of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kw see) throttle заслонки an air line of the air filter. |
4. Disconnect a hose from the valve 4 рециркуляции the fulfilled gases. |
5. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a drive 10 throttle заслонки. |
6. Turn away two bolts of 11 fastenings and disconnect a tube 12 from the case 3 throttle заслонки. Remove a lining 13. |
7. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove an inlet pipe 1 and a lining of an inlet pipe. |
8. If necessary turn away bolts 7 and remove from an inlet pipe the case 3 throttle заслонки. |
9. Establish an inlet pipe upside-down. Thus it is necessary to replace a lining of an inlet pipe, a sealing ring 2 and a lining 13. |

1 – bolts of fastening of the valve;

PERFORMANCE ORDER |

6. Turn away six bolts of 6 fastenings and remove an inlet pipe 8 with a lining 7. |
7. If necessary remove from an inlet pipe the case 3 throttle заслонки and the valve 10 рециркуляции the fulfilled gases, having turned away bolts 4 and 1. |
8. Establish an inlet pipe upside-down. Thus replace a lining 7 inlet pipes, a lining 9 valves рециркуляции the fulfilled gases and a sealing ring of 2 cases throttle заслонки. |
