Letter L – the left support, R – right; figure 3 specifies that the support is used on models with the size of wheels 13 ", and figure 4 – 14". Besides, the arrow on a support for models with wheels in the size 14 "specifies a direction of movement of the car.

Check of backlashes in a spherical support

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Check of an axial backlash

1. Will hang out a forward wheel.

2. For check of an axial backlash in a spherical support shake the lever in a vertical plane in a direction shown by arrows.

Check of a radial backlash

3. For check of a radial backlash shake a wheel, undertaken it from above and from below in an arrow direction.

4. If at least in one case it is felt люфт, it is necessary to replace a spherical support.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Ослабьте an inhaling of bolts of fastening of wheels and a nave nut.

2. Raise and establish on reliable support a forward part of the car.

3. Remove a forward wheel, definitively having turned away bolts of its fastening.

4. Definitively turn away a nave nut.

5. Turn away a nut 14 (fig. of the Detail of a beam of a forward suspension bracket see) finger of a spherical support.

6. Mark position of bolts 2 (fig. Fastening of a spherical support see) fastenings of a spherical support on the lever of 1 forward suspension bracket, having led round contours of heads of bolts.

7. Turn away bolts of 2 fastenings of a spherical support to the lever.

8. By means of a special stripper 1 (fig. of Vypressovka шлицевого a tip of an external SHRUS from a nave see) выпрессуйте шлицевый a tip of an external SHRUS from a nave of 2 wheels. In the absence of a stripper it can be made hammer blows through the wooden prorate on an end face шлицевого a tip.

9. Suspend by means of a wire a wheel drive to a body.

10. Having shifted a rack 2 on itself, establish between it and a body the wooden prorate 1.

11. By means of a universal stripper выпрессуйте a finger of a spherical support 15 (fig. of the Detail of a beam of a forward suspension bracket see) from an eye of a rotary fist.
12. Establish according to marks a spherical support on a rotary fist.
13. Screw up a new nut of a finger of a spherical support, keeping from проворачивания a finger by means of a face key.
14. Grease with graphite greasing шлицы naves and шлицевого a tip of an external SHRUS.
15. Напрессуйте a nave on a wheel drive, having screwed up a new nut of a nave.
16. Attach the spherical hinge to the lever of a suspension bracket and fix new bolts, having established bolts according to earlier made marks. Do not suppose damages of a protective cover of the spherical hinge.
17. Establish a forward wheel.
