8.3.4. Removal and installation of an arm of a steering column

THE GENERAL DATA

Fastening of an arm of a steering column

1 – a bolt of the bottom fastening;

2 – a bolt of the top fastening;

3 – an arm of the panel of devices;

4 – an arm of a steering column

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the panel of devices (subsection 11.6 see).

2. Remove a steering column (subsection 8.3.1 see).

3. Turn away a bolt 8 (fig. Fastening of a steering column) fastenings see and disconnect демпфер 7 from an arm 4.

4. Turn away two bolts 2 (fig. Fastening of an arm of a steering column see) top fastening of an arm.

5. Turn away two bolts of 1 bottom fastening of an arm and remove an arm 4.

6. Establish an arm into place and screw by hand two bolts of 1 bottom fastening, without tightening.

7. Tighten the demanded moment two bolts 2 top fastenings of an arm.

8. Definitively demanded moment tighten two bolts of 1 bottom fastening of an arm.

9. Spend assemblage upside-down.
