Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug - the storage battery.

2. Remove a ware box from outside the driver.

3. Turn away a bolt of fastening and remove an air line обдува feet of the driver (subsection 11.6 see). On the models equipped with system "Comfort", remove the central block of management.

4. Remove the switch of a signal of braking (subsection 9.10.7 see).

5. Disconnect колодку from the gauge of position of a pedal of an accelerator.

6. Disconnect a pedal of a brake from a pusher of the vacuum amplifier.

7. For this purpose press against the stop a pedal 1 (fig. the Detachment of a pedal of a brake from a pusher of the vacuum amplifier) brakes see and insert a suitable metal core 3 into apertures for the switch of a signal of braking of an arm 2 and pedals.

8. Pull a pedal 1 on itself, having squeezed out from a clamp in a pedal by means of a core a spherical tip of a pusher 7 (fig. Pedal knot see).

9. Turn on two plastic nuts 1 (fig. casing Fastening карданного a shaft of a steering column) casing fastenings карданного a shaft of a steering column see and remove a casing 2.

10. Turn away six nuts of 2 and 5 fastenings of an arm of pedal knot (fig. Fastening of pedal knot see – the top nut in this drawing it is not visible, all nuts are shown on fig. Pedal knot, poses. 14).

11. Remove from hairpins pedal knot.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish pedal knot upside-down.

2. Replace nuts of fastening of pedal knot new.

3. Fix in a pedal of 3 brakes (fig. Connection of a pedal of a brake to a pusher of the vacuum amplifier see) a spherical tip of a pusher of 1 vacuum amplifier.

The moment of an inhaling of nuts of fastening of an arm of pedal knot – 28 Нм.
