PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the top cover of a belt of a drive of a camshaft.
2. Uncover block heads.
3. Turn a cranked shaft so that коромысла did not press on a pusher of a replaced atomizer.
4. Ослабьте an inhaling of counternuts 3 also turn out adjusting screws 4 so that коромысла concerned plates of springs of pumps-atomizers.
5. Turn away bolts 2 (fig. Installation of pumps-atomizers see) axis fastenings коромысел, thus at first turn away two extreme bolts, then two averages.
6. Remove an axis with коромыслами in gathering.
7. Turn away a bolt of 3 fastenings and remove the holder of a pump-atomizer.
8. Having picked up a screw-driver, disconnect from a pump-atomizer колодку with wires.
9. Having inserted a special stripper into a pump-atomizer groove under the holder, as is shown in drawing, take out the pump-atomizer 2 (1 – stripper Т10055). Mark pumps-atomizers not to mix their places at installation.
10. Examine sealing rings 6, 7 and 8 (fig. the Pump-atomizer with fastening details see), replace the rings which have cracked, torn or lost elasticity.
11. For installation of new rings the manufacturer recommends to apply a set оправок Т10056 (1 – оправка to the top ring; 2 – оправка for an average ring; 3 – оправка for the bottom ring).
12. Cautiously, not to damage seats on an atomizer, remove old sealing rings.
13. Remove lock 10 (fig. the Pump-atomizer with fastening details see) and теплоизоляционное 9 rings that they did not prevent to establish оправки.
14. Carefully wipe seats under sealing rings on an atomizer.
15. Put on an atomizer оправку 2 for the top sealing ring and move on it a sealing ring 1 on an atomizer, without overwinding it (3 – an atomizer pusher).
16. In the same way put on average and bottom sealing rings. Establish теплоизоляционное and lock rings.
17. Examine the adjusting screw and a pusher of 3 atomizers: if at least on one of them wear tracks are appreciable, replace the screw and a pusher.
18. Grease консистентной with greasing the bottom end face of the adjusting screw and a spherical surface of a pusher of an atomizer.
19. Grease with a thin layer of engine oil sealing rings of an atomizer, accurately insert an atomizer into a head of the block and, cautiously pressing it, insert into a head against the stop.
20. Establish the holder of an atomizer so that its ledge has entered into an atomizer groove. It is necessary to replace a bolt of fastening of the holder. Screw a new bolt, without tightening it it is definitive.
21. It is very important, that the holder and an atomizer planes of a head of the block have been established perpendicularly, differently the bolt of fastening of the holder can turn away that will lead to pump-atomizer failure. That pumps-atomizers have been established strictly vertically, it is necessary to sustain distance and between a back external plane of a head of the block and a pump-atomizer surface: the fourth cylinder 64,80,8 mm, the third cylinder 152,80,8 the mm, the second cylinder 244,20,8 the mm, the first cylinder 332,20,8 mm.
22. After adjustment of distance and tighten a bolt of fastening of the holder the moment 12 Нм, then tighten for 270 (3/4 turns).
23. Establish an axis коромысел. It is necessary to replace bolts of fastening of an axis. Screw manually at first two internal bolts of fastening of an axis, then two extreme. After that tighten internal bolts the moment 20 Нм, the same moment tighten two extreme bolts. Tighten internal bolts, and then for 90 the extreme.
24. Turn a cranked shaft so that коромысло 3 has as much as possible drowned an atomizer pusher, it can be checked up by means of the indicator 1 (2 – the pump-atomizer).
25. Screw the adjusting screw to a notable emphasis in an atomizer pusher, then for 225 , and then turn on a little, as is shown in drawing.
26. Keeping the adjusting screw in this position, tighten its counternut the moment 30 Нм.
27. Establish all removed details upside-down.
