7.1.2.8. Adjustment of a drive of a gear change

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the gear change lever in neutral position. 2. On models with engines in working volume of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw remove an air line of the air filter (subsection 4.1 see). 3. Shift against the stop clamps 2 (fig. Clearing of clamps of tips of cables see) cables, overcoming resistance of springs 1, and fix them in this position, having turned clamps in a left-hand side (in an arrow direction). 4. Press a shaft of 1 gear change (on an arrow) and fix it in this position, having turned the lock lever 2 in a direction specified by an arrow. 5. Accurately having hooked a screw-driver in the places specified by arrows on fig. Extraction of a cover of the lever of a gear change from a framework, deduce from gearing a cover framework. Turn a cover inside out. 6. Move the lever 1 (fig. Fixing of the lever of a gear change) on the left in position between the first and second transfers see and insert a suitable core 4 into apertures directing 2 levers and cases 3 mechanisms. 7. Release clamps 2 (fig. Clearing of clamps of tips of cables see), having turned them in the opposite direction. Thus tips 3 will be fixed in this position. 8. Release a gear change shaft, having turned the lock lever 2 in a starting position. 9. Take out a core 4 (fig. Fixing of the lever of a gear change see) and establish a cover of the lever of a gear change into place.
