7.3.7. Removal and installation of a back suspension bracket
THE GENERAL DATA

Back suspension bracket remove from the car completely only for replacement of the damaged beam or body replacement. To repair or replace all other elements of a back suspension bracket it is possible without its removal from the car.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect cables of a drive of a lay brake (subsection 9.9.4 see).
2. Ослабьте an inhaling of bolts 1 (fig. of the Detail of a back suspension bracket with drum-type brakes see) fastenings of back wheels.
3. Establish couplers on both springs of 31 suspension brackets.
4. Lift a back part of the car till the moment of a separation of wheels from the earth and establish it on reliable support.
5. Remove both springs 31 (subsection 7.3.6 see).
6. Disconnect from both parties of a beam brake hoses from the brake tubes 20 going to wheel cylinders of brake mechanisms of back wheels. Muffle apertures of tubes and hoses.
7. Lower a back part of the car till the moment of a contact wheels of the earth and establish on support in this position.
8. Turn on from both parties of a nut of 29 fastenings of a beam of 18 suspension brackets to arms of 30 bodies.
9. Take out bolts 28. If necessary beat out their hammer.
10. Roll out on wheels from under the car a beam of a back suspension bracket with brake mechanisms, tubes, hoses and cables.
11. At use for a raising of the car of the lift before a detachment of levers of a suspension bracket from body arms substitute support under cups of springs of levers, remove wheels and dismantle a beam of a suspension bracket with the assistant. If necessary completely disassemble a back suspension bracket.
12. Establish a beam of a back suspension bracket upside-down. Thus replace new bolts 23 with nuts 22 bottom fastenings of the shock-absorber and bolts 28 with nuts of 29 fastenings of a beam to body arms. Heads of bolts 23 bottom fastenings of shock-absorbers at installation should be directed to an internal part of the car, a head of bolts of 28 fastenings of a beam to body arms – external. A definitive inhaling of bolts 23 and 28 spend on the car standing on the earth (at an inhaling of bolts of fastening of levers of a suspension bracket put in a luggage carrier cargo in weight about 75 kg).
