  – Overlays are unsteadily connected to the basis;

The prevention

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a wheel, preliminary having weakened bolts of its fastening, on the car standing on the earth. 2. Having hooked a screw-driver, remove spring скобу 1 (fig. the Detachment of a cable of a drive of a lay brake see). 3. Having wrung out the lever 6 manual drives in a direction specified by an arrow, disconnect from it a cable 4 drives of a lay brake. 4. Turn away two bolts of 2 fastenings of a support, holding with the second key directing fingers 3 for шестигранники. 5. Remove a support 17 (fig. of the Detail of the brake disk mechanism of a back wheel see) with directing 21 колодок, without disconnecting from it a brake hose 15. Suspend a support on a wire to a suspension bracket spring, watching that the brake hose has not been tense, it was not overwound and strongly it was not bent. 6. Take out from a support 17 brake колодки 18 and 19. 7. From a tank of the main brake cylinder remove by means of a rubber pear a part of a brake liquid. 8. Clear a support. Especially carefully by means of a metal brush clear of an installation site rust колодок, check up, that колодки freely moved in a support. 9. Screw the piston in the cylinder by means of the special adaptation. In the absence of the adaptation it can be made, for example, by means of nippers for removal of lock rings. 10. Establish new brake колодки 1 (fig. Installation brake колодок see) with new spring clamps 2. Press springs 3 should stand in parallel an upper edge колодки. 11. Remove a protective film from a back surface brake колодок. 12.
